Our “Sel à l’Ancienne” or “Old-Style Salt” takes its original purity from the very heart of the Swiss Alps and is the pride of the artisans who extract it from this environment where it has been preserved for over 200 million years. The natural brine drawn from this eternal source is gently evaporated over a larch wood fire in accordance with a process dating back to the 17th century.
