Lamb skewers with lime |

Ingredients (for 4 people) 700 g lamb cubed / 6 limes / 4 red onions / Spicy organic seasoning salt / 15 g coriander seeds / 1 tsp cumin / 2 tbsp olive oil / 1 bunch fresh coriander
Preparation Crush the coriander seeds with a pestle and mortar. Marinate the meat in the juice of 2 limes with the crushed coriander seeds, cumin, oil and spicy organic seasoning salt. Refrigerate for 6 hours. Turn the meat over from time to time. Cut the limes and onions in four. Put the cubes of lamb on the skewers alternating with a piece of lime and onion. Grill on the barbeque. Garnish with fresh coriander.
